Torque Range: .5 lbf/in to 4.5 lbf/in.; 1,000RPM The CL-4000 & CL-6500 HIOS Electric Inline Drivers are designed for production environments where torque repeatability is a must to maintain quality standards. These units are intended for vertical insertion of fasteners and come in a variety of lbf.in Ranges to cover most electronic production and re-work applications. These tools are supplied with a 1/4" hex collet and have easy-access externally replaceable brushes. The torque-adjusting nut can be locked in place to prevent movement of the torque nut once the tool is calibrated. Models have color-coded torque springs for easy identification. (Flange Mount - not included)
